I listed the three people I criticize the most and listed four things that I did not like about each person. Would you believe that I do the same thing or have a similar situation in my life? I don't use drugs, but I overspend and over-eat--same thing! Since this has been obviously brought to my attention, I haven't criticized. It also helps that we are studying the book of James at Wednesday night Bible study. I have finished reading Chapter VIII on Vow 5: I Will Care for My Body. I haven't finished the Action Plan yet, but I have at least been trying to drink more water and eat less "white death." There are two statements that really stand out in my mind: (1) "The way we care for our bodies is a reflection of the way we care for our souls." and (2) "If we came with manufacturer's instructions for the body, the instructions would say: For best results, get plenty of rest, hugs, good food, sex, sun, fresh air and exercise."
